Who We Are
Revival Studio is a small and personal training facility in Goudhurst, Kent. Tucked away in the countryside, we offer specialised Personal Training, weekly strength and conditioning classes, Yoga and Meditation sessions alongside a whole host of other workshops in holistic health.
Established in 2021, Revival Studio is run by a husband and wife team. What started out as a small Personal Training studio, has grown into a community of like minded people who are interested in optimal health and vitality.
Christian
Christian is a personal trainer, soft tissue therapist and corrective exercise specialist with over 10 years of professional experience helping people move out of acute and chronic pain, achieve their individual health, performance, body composition and fitness goals, and facilitating a deeper awareness of the human mechanism as a whole.
The foundation of Christian’s approach to strength and conditioning is rooted in an amalgamation of a variety of disciplines including Pilates, Classical Hatha Yoga, Martial arts, Qi Gong and a long list of other more common and traditional training modalities you would expect to find in any real strength and conditioning facility.
” I feel as though many modern day approaches to health and fitness ignore or are ignorant of the human system as a whole. My goal is to help clients develop resilience in the body , stability in the mind and realise an overall sense of vitality and well being so they are ready for whatever life throws at them.“
Whether you have never stepped in a gym before, you are injured or you’re a seasoned athlete, all are welcome.

Helen
Helen started her journey with Isha Hatha Yoga and Sadhguru in 2014. In 2018 she underwent the 1750hr Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training programme at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, southern India. Since graduating, she’s been offering all core Isha practices across the UK and Europe, including Classical Hatha Yoga, Sanskrit chanting, Pranayam and meditation. Helen teaches on behalf of the Isha Foundation and provides private classes as an independent teacher.
Having struggled with her own health issues, and been determined to find a holistic solution, Helen developed a interest in functional strength and conditioning and has since become a Personal Trainer. She’s a fully qualified Weck Method Coach and specialises in Rotational Movement Training, which she offers in weekly women’s sessions at the studio.
in 2024 she took part in the Functional Patterns Human Foundations programme, and is now also qualified and experienced in Posture and Gait Correction as well as managing hypermobility.
